Why it works:
By combining consumption and bathing of hydrogen rich water you're able to support your body's natural recovery and performance processes both via internal pathways within your body, and through absorption via the skin - directly into your muscles.
Hydrogen Tablets:
Drop one tablet into 400mL of water. Wait 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved. Drink immediately for maximum hydrogen concentration.
Use: 1–3 tablets daily.
Best taken: Morning, pre-workout, post-training, during focused work sessions, or while travelling.
Hydrogen Bath Tablets:
Daily routine:
Add one tablet per 20L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
After heavier sessions:
Add one tablet per 10L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
