What do they do?

- Every Day Essential Aminos is a lean formula that contains only free form amino acids salt and natural flavouring. It's fasting friendly and requires no digestion, making it readily available for your body to use.
- Every Day Creatine supports steady energy production as well as cognitive load, performance and mood.
- Every Day Hydrogen Tablets supports your body's recovery cycle and improves focus, performance and, when used consistently, long term cellular health.
Hydrogen Tablets:
Drop one tablet into 400mL of water. Wait 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved. Drink immediately for maximum hydrogen concentration.
Use: 1–3 tablets daily.
Best taken: Morning, pre-workout, post-training, during focused work sessions, or while travelling.
Hydrogen Bath Tablets:
Daily routine:
Add one tablet per 20L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
After heavier sessions:
Add one tablet per 10L of warm water, let it dissolve fully and soak for 15–30 minutes.
