What one sachet a day is for
Hydration that stays
1,000mg of taurine helps your cells draw water in and hold onto it.
Steady energy
Creatine helps recycle ATP, your body's energy currency.
No sugar
Electrolytes and taurine, naturally sweetened.
One sachet a day
Into any bottle or glass, at home, at work or away.
Hydration x Creatine
Why Hydration and Creatine go together
Hydration gets water into your cells, using electrolytes and taurine to pull it in and keep it there. Creatine helps recycle ATP, your body's energy currency.
Taken together every day, you may notice more energy, sharper focus and better output across training, work and daily life.
What plain water leaves out
Electrolytes control how fluid moves in and out of your cells. Without the right balance, water passes through without being absorbed where it's needed. Taurine acts as an osmolyte, helping your cells pull water in and hold onto it.
